– Política de Desarrollo Agrario Integral

Este acuerdo busca una apertura democrática con la participación de nuevas voces y proyectos políticos al facilitar la creación de partidos y fortalecer los mecanismos para promover la transparencia en los procesos electorales y la participación en estos.  También incluye garantías para la oposición política, una mayor participación ciudadana y la ruptura del vínculo entre política y armas que permitirá que las Farc se conviertan en un movimiento político. 

– Solución al problema de las drogas ilícitas 

Este punto se planteó en las conversaciones para encontrar una solución al problema de los cultivos ilícitos desde un enfoque de desarrollo rural. Estipula, entre otros, la creación del programa nacional integral de sustitución y desarrollo alternativo que tendrá un capítulo especial dentro del acuerdo de reforma rural integral.  Asimismo establece que la lucha contra el crimen organizado y el narcotráfico se haga como parte de una estrategia integral para desarticular las redes de este delito, el fortalecimiento de la lucha contra el lavado de activos y plantea nuevas acciones contra la corrupción asociada al narcotráfico. 

– Acuerdo sobre las víctimas 

Este punto fue el más espinoso y el más largo de todo el proceso. Contempla la creación de un sistema integral conformado por mecanismos judiciales y extrajudiciales que se implementarán para garantizar los derechos de las víctimas con verdad, justicia, reparación y garantías de no repetición.

– Cese al fuego y de hostilidades bilateral y dejación de las armas, garantías de seguridad y refrendación
