La División Nacional contra Homicidios del Cicpc investiga la muerte del PNB Winder Armando Conde Colina, de 28 años de edad, en el Interior de El Helicoide, ocurrida este jueves a las 7:20 de la noche en Caracas.
Según la versión del funcionario César Augusto Linares Arias, quien se encontraba acostado, el oficial Winder presuntamente le quitó su arma de reglamento y minutos después se escuchó un disparo.
Se investigan los pormenores de este hecho y sobre todo si entre ambos funcionarios había una disputa.
