Un adolescente de 16 años de edad murió al sufrir fractura de cráneo y traumatismos múltiples luego de volcar el vehículo en el cual andaba junto a sus familiares a las 2:30 am de este 03 de agosto en Barcelona, estado Anzoátegui.
El siniestro ocurrió en la entrada de la población de Curataquiche cuando la víctima mortal, en compañía de unos adultos, llevaban al hospital Dr. Luis Razetti a un pariente enfermo.
Yesica Yorlenis Canelón allegada del difunto dijo que la camioneta marca Chevrolet, color verde que se accidentó, era conducida por el padrastro del muchacho, Gioanni Carraco, quien presuntamente perdió el control del automotor cuando a este se le soltó el cardán.
Los heridos fueron identificados como Sara, Jhonathan, Giovanni, Jorfer y Yesica Carrasco.
El cadáver del menor fue llevado para la morgue del Servicio Nacional de Medicinas y Ciencias Forenses (Senamecf), donde se encontrar una de su tía, llamada Julia Granadino, quien manifestó que su sobrino era el mayor de cuatro hermanos y estudiaba quinto año de bachillerato en el liceo César Augusto Zerpa de Curataquiche.
