MAS introduce amparo ante el TSJ por proporcionalidad de pasadas elecciones

El secretario general del MAS, Felipe Mujica, junto con los directovos de esa tolda política María Verdial y Segundo Meléndez, acudió a la sede del TSJ para introducir un recurso de amparo para la revisión de la proporcionalidad de los comicios del 6D.

Mujica explicó que llevó un documento para que se revise la lista nacional o la regionale, de tal manera que se corrija la sobrerrepresentación.

Mujica recordó que una de las órdenes que dio el TJS al nuevo CNE fue resolver el problema de la sobrerrepresentación.
