El actor español Luis Lorenzo, conocido por sus papeles en series como ‘Al salir de clase’, ‘El comisario’ y ‘La que se avecina’, ha sido acusado junto a su pareja, Arancha P., de envenenar hasta la muerte a una tía de esta, Isabel Suárez.
La juez de primera instancia e Instrucción número 9 de Arganda del Rey (Madrid) puso ayer en libertad provisional al intérprete y a su mujer, aunque después de retirarles el pasaporte y con la obligación de pasar cada semana por el juzgado.
La víctima, Isabel, murió el 28 de junio de 2021 en la casa del actor, en Rivas Vaciamadrid. Tenía 85 años. De entrada, nada hacía sospechar que había ocurrido algo anómalo e incluso un médico certificó que el fallecimiento se había producido por causas naturales. Pero un hermano de la difunta no lo vio así y solicitó que se le realizara una autopsia.
Este hombre venía observando que su hermana, cada vez que pasaba temporadas en la casa del actor y su pareja, sufría un serio deterioro y hasta mostraba síntomas de demencia, mientras que, cuando vivía en su propio hogar, en la localidad asturiana de Las Regueras, no parecía sufrir mayores problemas de salud.
Según ‘El Confidencial’, la anciana murió. Poco antes, había modificado su testamento para dejarle varias propiedades a Arancha, la pareja del actor. El hermano de la víctima pidió que se le realizara una autopsia y se realizaron dos de estas pruebas.
En la segunda, los médicos comprobaron la presencia en el organismo de la mujer de dos metales pesados -cadmio y manganeso- en dosis elevadísimas, hasta tal punto que habían provocado su muerte. Las pruebas toxicológicas indicaron que las sustancias no habían llegado aún al cabello, lo que supondría que el envenenamiento se habría perpetrado poco antes de la muerte de la anciana. Isabel, según la autopsia, murió envenenada. El estudio etiológico, esto es, el que determina el origen o la causa de la muerte, indica que esta es ‘violenta/homicida’, según el citado diario.

A partir de este punto, la investigación del caso pasó a manos del Grupo de Homicidios de la Guardia Civil. Sus agentes descubrieron que durante su estancia en la casa de los detenidos, además de efectuar el señalado cambio de su testamento, Isabel se había gastado 30.000 euros, una llamativa y poco verosímil cantidad de dinero.
En presencia de la magistrada, Luis Lorenzo se acogió a su derecho a no declarar, mientras que Arancha P.F. negó los hechos. Tras la comparecencia, el fiscal solicitó la imposición de las medidas cautelares de prohibición de salir del país, retirada de pasaporte y comparecencias semanales, según informaron a Europa Press fuentes fiscales.
Ahora, tras su puesta en libertad, el actor y su mujer continúan siendo investigados y las pesquisas siguen adelante para apuntalar las acusaciones, a la que se podría sumar la de maltrato psicológico a la mujer.
